I first met with Suzanne when I was relocated to California in April 2011. I wasn't sure if I was going to rent or buy at that point but that didn't matter to Suzanne. She was willing to work with me regardless and gave me the comfort that she was willing to work on my behalf to find me the perfect home.
I made the decision to initially rent and Suzanne respected the decision and encouraged me to stay in touch with her. In June 2012, I decided I would once again consider purchasing a home and again reached out to Suzanne based on the positive experience I had with her previously. Suzanne began to assist in providing many potential housing opportunities, both through her own searches and her real estate company's website.
I believe that I must have looked at 50-75 homes during my search. In all cases, Suzanne previewed these homes either before me or with me. She spent countless hours researching the properties and always kept my personal interests and preferences in mind. Suzanne is very knowledgeable of the San Francisco Bay area and also gave me much needed guidance and direction as I was new to the area. Suzanne was willing to meet with me on my schedule, we spent many weekends together looking for the perfect home, she picked me up at my office on several occasions and always provided transportation.
As a result of a very competitive real estate market, I made offers on six homes prior to my final purchase. Suzanne faithfully prepared the required documentation, communicated directly with the seller's agent and provided representation that greatly exceeded my expectations. One after the other, she kept moving forward and gave me the assurance that the right home would come along. She was right and I finally closed on my new home on February 1, 2013.
Words can't express the gratitude that I have for Suzanne. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to work with her. I have bought several homes in my lifetime and I can honestly say that no other agent I have worked with has compared to Suzanne.

Her service was exemplary because she was patient, diligent, very professional and her business savvy that she provided over the many months that it took to eventually purchase a condo. It took 10 offers to finally purchase a condo. She never once delayed in generating the necessary paperwork in a timely manner even though many times in was late in the evening and on Sundays. Many times she was working at 10pm at night.

I was extremely impressed that she took the time and energy to provide me with all of the necessary documentation for my purchase. I usually have to print out all of these documents and prepare my own file. GREAT professional service.
